Ingredients
- 1 packet of Well & Good Vanilla Cupcake mix 510g
- 2 tsp Orgran Egg Replacer
- 100g Nuttelex (dairy free) margarine
- 1 Tbs canola oil
- ½ cup water
Method
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius.
- Mix together cupcake mix, margarine, oil and water. Beat the egg replacer with 2 tablespoons of water and add to the rest of the mixture.
- If making cupcakes: Spoon into cupcakes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
- If making into a slab cake, cook for 40-45 minutes.
- This product comes with frosting – we used dairy free margarine (Nuttelex) in the frosting.
