Ingredients

  • 1kg fresh frozen berries (any type)
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup sugar or honey (can use less or leave out)
  • 1/4 cup cold water

    Method

    Method if using frozen berries:
    1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
    2. Add more water or lemon juice if needed.
    3. Scoop into a tray/serving dish.
    4. Set in the freezer for 4 hours, then eat.

    Method if using fresh berries:
    1. Place all ingredients in a blender/food processor and blend until smooth.
    2. Place in tray/serving dish in freezer for 4 hours.
    3. Remove from freezer and stir, then place back into freezer until set (another 4 hours or overnight).
