Ingredients
- 900g milk free margarine
- 2 cups caster sugar
- 6 tsp vanilla
- 9 cups GF plain flour (we used Well & Good GF plain flour)
- Jam
Method
- Cream together the margarine and sugar, then beat in the vanilla.
- Fold in the GF flour.
- Place dough in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, then roll into balls and place on baking tray. Flatten so they are about 2 cm thick. Make an indent in the centre with your thumb, fill with ½ teaspoon of jam.
- Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.
Makes about 90 biscuits. Use half the amount for 45 biscuits.
