Ingredients

  • 900g milk free margarine
  • 2 cups caster sugar
  • 6 tsp vanilla
  • 9 cups GF plain flour (we used Well & Good GF plain flour)
  • Jam

Method

  1. Cream together the margarine and sugar, then beat in the vanilla.
  2. Fold in the GF flour.
  3. Place dough in the fridge for 30-60 minutes, then roll into balls and place on baking tray. Flatten so they are about 2 cm thick. Make an indent in the centre with your thumb, fill with ½ teaspoon of jam.
  4. Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.

Makes about 90 biscuits. Use half the amount for 45 biscuits.

Note: this recipe does not contain dairy/cow’s milk, soy, egg, wheat, peanut, tree nuts, sesame.
