Ingredients

  • 4 cups of cornflakes – check for allergens (we used Coles Free From cornflakes)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 120g milk free margarine (we used Nuttelex)

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 160C.
  2. Line 2 x 12 hole muffin tray with patty papers.
  3. Place cornflakes in a bowl. Melt together the margarine, golden syrup and brown sugar. Pour into the cornflakes and mix until the flakes are completely covered.
  4. Spoon the mix into the patty pans.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes, allow to cool completely before storing.
