Ingredients
- 4 cups of cornflakes – check for allergens (we used Coles Free From cornflakes)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons golden syrup
- 120g milk free margarine (we used Nuttelex)
Method
- Preheat oven to 160C.
- Line 2 x 12 hole muffin tray with patty papers.
- Place cornflakes in a bowl. Melt together the margarine, golden syrup and brown sugar. Pour into the cornflakes and mix until the flakes are completely covered.
- Spoon the mix into the patty pans.
- Bake for 10 minutes, allow to cool completely before storing.
