Ingredients

  • 1 packet of Well & Good Vanilla Cupcake mix 510g
  • 2 tsp Orgran Egg Replacer
  • 100g Nuttelex (dairy free) margarine
  • 1 Tbs canola oil
  • ½ cup water

Method

  • Preheat oven to 170 degrees celcius.
  • Mix together cupcake mix, margarine, oil and water. Beat the egg replacer with 2 tablespoons of water and add to the rest of the mixture.
  • If making cupcakes: Spoon into cupcakes. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked.
  • If making into a slab cake, cook for 40-45 minutes.
  • This product comes with frosting – we used dairy free margarine (Nuttelex) in the frosting.
